In October 2019, Ana Loredo became an entrepreneur. After working for many years on her own, she realized that she needed a change of direction. Being unemployed helped her to have a time of reflection to start in the technique of macramé, from which she lives the brand to which she gave birth: Nai Diseños. "Macramé is a technique that is a hundred percent handmade; you only need a string and your hands to do it. It seems super versatile", explains Ana, who makes bags, tapestries or baskets that she sells on demand through the web.

PRISMA IGUALDADE

The common purpose of the two colleagues, who launched the Prisma Igualdade brand in September last year, is declared: "To bring equality to people and organizations". While Cristina Louzán comes from the field of business consultancy, Priscila Retamozo was mainly dedicated to provide training in gender equality. This project was born with the intention of joining both parts. "The consultancy has a lot to do with education", explains Cristina, who adds: "It is necessary to do pedagogy to convince people to go beyond compliance with a law".

According to the RAG dictionary, semolina is the granulated flour obtained from wheat and other cereals and is used in the preparation of soups, doughs, etc. In Vigo it is also the pastry shop that has been run by Fanny Francos since 2010. The experience in the bakery sector comes from long ago: her father had a bakery of which she had to take charge. There she started a decade in which, "by finding difficulties along the way", she learned to work as a team in the sector. The image of Sémola is the work of his home, who is an interior designer. " We created the brand by combining the traditional bakery with a more modern vision, inspired by what was already being done in other countries", explains Fanny.
