The apartment is located in the so-called "casco vello alto", the part of the old town above the viewpoint. It is a central neighborhood, which does not have the hustle and bustle of the old town, but it is accessible to the same 2 minutes walk. You can enjoy the calm of the estuary from the center.
On the 1st floor of an emblematic building, the quality of life offered by its location and its architecture is indescribable: its wood, its height and that cozy silence that is broken by the atmosphere of the square and the squawking of the seagulls when opening the balconies.

It is located in the beautiful viewpoint of Vigo, which is completely open to the sea, and along whose promenade there are numerous bars to have a wine or a tapa.
In front of the apartment, besides having tapas bars or the breathtaking view of the Vigo estuary, you can enjoy the emblematic centenary olive tree of Vigo, thanks to which Vigo is called "Ciudad Olivica".
The apartment, of about 70 m2, is a completely open space, without partition walls, almost 4 meters high and completely open to the estuary of Vigo. The height and light provide a special coziness and charm, in the heart of the city. Recently renovated, the award-winning architects (Arrokabe studio) have respected the original structure and materials of a wooden forged building of almost 100 years that have merged with a functional, innovative and welcoming design. Despite being in the center of Vigo, you can enjoy a calm and quiet stay, where you can enjoy a stunning sunsets with the Cies Islands in the background.
In addition to a kitchen-dining room and living room (where the sofa bed is located), and the bedroom at the back, the apartment has an old skylight in the middle, accessible as an inner courtyard, and perfect for relaxing, reading, or having a drink.
With a comfortable double bed of 1.80m, it is perfect for couples or families. The apartment has 3 beds: the queen size bed of 1.80m, a sofa bed of 1.50m and a loft bed of 1.05m accessible by a ladder located on the ceiling of the shower in the master bedroom. A crib or high chair is also available upon request.
Although its real capacity is for 5 people, please note that there are no dividing walls (if you are looking for privacy between bed and bed), since the living room, where the sofa bed is located, is not divided with the bedroom, and the loft bed can be seen from the double bed (see photos for more details).
The space is equipped with all kinds of details: smart TV (with Amazon prime, netflix or disney channel), espresso or american coffee maker, kettle, milk frother, as well as a complete kitchenware to cook or enjoy a night of sushi.
The temperature of the apartment is ideal at any time of the year. The air, thanks to the air freshener, is clean and pleasant. In the mornings, you can often enjoy the smell of the sea on the balcony.
Next to the apartment, you also have one of the best sushi restaurants in town, Hiroki, where you can enjoy Japanese food also with local fish.
The street where the apartment is located is pedestrian and only accessible to residents. For parking, you can use the parking lot of the town hall, in the Plaza del Rey (15€/day full), which is 3 minutes walk from the apartment.
If you are looking to enjoy Vigo, from the apartment you can walk 2 minutes to the pedestrian shopping street par excellence of Vigo, the Prince, the Puerta de Sol or the old town.
A 10 minute drive to the beach, or 20 minutes by bus. There is also a bus stop 2 minutes walking distance.
